Qualification & Experience:
Minimum 16 years of education in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Telecommunication Engineering or equivalent from a HEC-recognized University. IT-related certifications shall be preferred.
At least 06 years of experience in the field of IT infrastructure development, ERP Implementation, implementation of IT-based monitoring and reporting modules, and managing IT-related issues. Must have excellent knowledge of modern IT tools and techniques, with time management, team management, and change management.

Job Responsibilities
Planning, designing, and implementing the overall IT infrastructure.
Administer for the design ofthe overall networking infrastructure. Configuration, deployment, and troubleshooting of DHCP server, DNS server, and Wireless Networking, DSL and ADSL, Routing and switching, etc.
To ensure smooth implementation of mobile based attendance management system and on-time troubleshooting of Android Mobiles and software for uninterrupted attendance management.
Technical evaluation, subscription & management of VTMS (Vehicle Tracking Management System) / RFID (Radio Frequency Identifier), and call center activity integration.
Assist departmental heads with backups of all servers and critical data on a monthly/weekly basis.
Provide or organize training for new employees on network login and conventions, usage of networked applications,s including e-mail, virus software, hardware issues, and department-specific applications.
MIS team management for efficient task handling.
Perform any other duty assigned bythe departmental head.
