Criteria for Eligibility:

Candidates must have a Master's, Bachelor's, or equivalent degree with at least 60% marks in Business Administration, Public Administration, Economics, Commerce, Finance, Statistics, Data Sciences, Actuarial Sciences, Accounting, Computer Sciences, Information Systems and Technology, Mathematics, Human Resource Management, Agriculture Management, Islamic Banking & Finance, Law, Media & Culture Studies, Philosophy, and other related fields.

Age Restrictions:

These positions have a maximum age limit of 26 years. Female candidates, transgender candidates, minority candidates, and candidates from the Northern Provinces, Baluchistan, Azad Jammu Kashmir, and Gilgit Baltistan areas, which were once part of FATA, will receive a three-year age relaxation.

Packages of Compensation:

Trainees will be paid a monthly stipend of Rs. 41,000 during the Training Program. Successful candidates will be hired as Assistant Director OG-2 at the State Bank of Pakistan, with a monthly remuneration of Rs. 82,000/-.
