Punjab Police is now recruiting on an open merit basis for 830 Sub Inspectors SI (BPS-14) positions through the Punjab Public Service Commission. Those who are currently employed in any district in Punjab Province are eligible to apply. Any competitor, male or female, is eligible to compete. Requirements for qualifications:

Graduate from a recognized university with a second division or equivalent grade.

Requirements for Physical Fitness:

• 20 to 25 years old is the upper age limit.
• Height Requirement: 5 ft. Males: 7 Inches
• Height Requirement: 5 ft. Females need 2 inches.
• Requirements for the chest: 33 to 34.5 Inches – Only for men
• Visual guidelines: With or without glasses, far vision is 6/9 in each eye. Male and female near vision must be at least J-1.
